Northwood Banks Celebrates Success of Halloween Fundraiser

It is our pleasure to announce that along with a new fundraising goal of £20,000, Alzheimer's Society will continue as our Charity Partner for 2026/2027. We have spent the past two years dedicated to assisting where we can by holding multiple successful fundraisers, taking part in Memory Walks, and donating £1.00 for each Family & Estate Will sold by our outreach advisors.

We exceeded our previous goal and thought it time to challenge ourselves further. Here at the office, ourselves and the other companies within the HAIG Legal Group held and took part in something quite exciting, a Halloween Fundraising Day.

The day, 30th October 2026, was spent in fancy dress, with an abundance of baked goods available, many of which were specially made by our wonderful team. After counting everything up, we can officially announce that in that single day we raised £310 for Alzheimer's Society. In the fight against dementia, every pound is precious, and we are honoured to be a part of it.

We also held a costume contest with prizes up for grabs, voted for by everyone in attendance. Winners were announced on our Facebook, but in case you missed it, here's a breakdown:

A large thank you is due to those who dressed up for the cause (including a crazed unicorn and little red riding hood), baked delicious goods, and of course everyone who donated. We are proud to call this day a success and hope to keep the momentum going in our support of Alzheimer's Society.
