Happy south Asian family having just written a will

Will Writing.

Why Make a Will?

Three generations protected by wills

Making a will gives you control over what happens to your estate when you pass away. Without one, your estate will be subject to the strict and outdated Rules of Intestacy.

With a Will you can do the following:

  • Choose your Executors

  • Choose what ages your children and / or grandchildren will inherit

  • Record who you want your children’s Guardians to be

  • Decide who inherits from your estate

  • Record who does not inherit from your estate

  • Leave specific gifts, legacies, and charitable donations

  • Specify your funeral wishes

  • Document your preferences regarding Organ Donation

A Few Will Statistics.
