HAIG Legal Group is proud to announce the acquisition of Northwood Banks Ltd. The acquisition adds to the group’s existing firms of Simpler Law and Fidelis Legal Services.

Northwood Banks is a reputable CLC regulated residential conveyancing firm in the Birmingham area, which was incorporated in 2005 by its previous owners. Alongside residential conveyancing, the firm also offers Will and Estate Planning solutions, including Probate services.

The acquisition not only adds 30,000 existing clients to the Group, but also a wealth of knowledge, as Northwood Banks employs a number of highly skilled solicitors and paralegal staff across all its departments. HAIG Legal Group has now cemented its position as one of the UK’s largest providers of private client legal services.

Group CEO Andy Townsend says he is delighted to have acquired the regulated firm having received approval from the CLC. This adds residential conveyancing to the list of private client services the group is able to offer clients and introducing firms.
